I am very happy with Neil’s professionalism, experience and service. I was not a traditional buyer — I am a non-resident Canadian, living in Singapore. Despite this, I didn’t feel like I was living in a different time-zone. This was my first property in BC and Neil guided me through the whole process nicely. I can’t thank him enough for all the extra-help he did for me — showing me the property of interest via video call, and giving enough insights of each property we had checked. We just bought a new house and sold our first home. I can’t thank Neil enough for all his help! We knew very little about what to look for in a home and Neil guided us through every step. He made sure we took our time to figure out what we wanted and not rush into something. He always gave his honest opinions about every house we looked at and we are so happy with the house we chose! When it came time to buy the house we loved, of course we ended up with an unexpected bidding war at the last minute. We contacted Mr. Neil Rajasooriar in May 2016 and he helped us in our home buying journey. In the beginning, he spent time with us understanding our needs, constraints (financial and location) and educated us about the various options available in the market. He also explained the purchasing process end to end in detail, which provided us much needed clarity on what we should look for. Over the next 5 months, after numerous open houses, we purchased a townhouse in Burnaby, which suited our needs and was within our budget.

I interviewed 2 other salesmen before my neighbor suggested Neil. She knew that as an elderly woman with no family I was concerned about honesty and I needed good advice about what I absolutely had to do in the way of painting etc. She felt that as a member of her church he would be honest and trustworthy and she was very right. Neil really went the extra mile helping me interview tradesmen, giving advice about colors and even finding a home for furniture that I no longer needed.
